A large and spacious mall where you can find most of what you need from clothing to groceries. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It?s a convenient place for shopping or spending time with family. Definitely worth a visit.

The store itself looks like an absolute squalor, the customers that frequent there now are rude with no manners and just barge past people like they own the place. The older woman on the self service with dark hair and glasses is one of the most passive aggressive people I?ve came across and thinks she can just speak down to anyone and click her fingers at customers who are parting with their hard earned cash to buy stuff from this place.
Came with a trolley full and she pointed to go down the other end which I proceeded and then she starts shouting ?no this way, this way? whilst motioning for me to come into the self service area. Make your mind up and learn to be more clear with instructions and communicate effectively, it?s not the first time I?ve encountered her and her poor attitude, first time round I brushed it off but speaking down to me like that again ? She also spoke down to another customer behind me and stated ?do you think I enjoy doing this I don?t do it for fun you know? all because someone requested some bags.
I?ve also noticed the amount of complaints about this particular staff member that have been ongoing for quite some time now and yet she still works there, which is bizarre considering Asda are supposed to pride themselves in customer service and are always boasting about how extravagant their staff are on their social media pages.
Maybe pass these reviews on to Mohsin Issa the man who owns and has shares with Asda ? Or does he not care too ?
**Little message here for the Asda online team who may want to respond to this, don?t bother saying you have ?logged? my complaint and will take action because I notice with various reviews you have copy and pasted the same response and I see nothing has been done about it, so don?t bother posting responses online to make your own backside look good because you?re not fooling anybody.

24 hours open except Sat and Sunday. You can get all your things there. The clothing area upstairs closes at 10pm
