Poor service. Slowest workers I?ve ever seen, move at a pace slower than a slug. Workers can?t be bothered to even turn up on time. Waited 45 mins for my appointment (first one of the day) and received no explanation or apology. Awful experience.

After an horrendous experience at the Hunts Cross branch, that resulted in me walking out because of an unhelpful, jobsworth receptionist, I was amazed at the professionalism of this branch. From the second I walked in they were polite and friendly. The branch manager Louise helped me choose out 2 pairs of glasses that perfectly fitted my requirements, at a third of the price of where I normally go. Would def recommend this branch.

What a poor service this is. I have been waiting for 11 days for contacts lens' which have a delivery time time of 10 days. Today I left a message twice on the aswer machine because they are so busy. I telephone at 3.40 to get a response of I'll get the manager to call you. At 4.55 I called back the manager has gone home and has been extremely busy today and will call me tomorrow. Needless to say this is not THE FIRST RUBBISH Service ASDA From them but it will be last. I suggest you find yourself another optician.

Only asked to get the nose pads on my glasses replaced but Megan went all out and gave my glasses an MOT - she noticed the screws on them were loose and tightened then for me as well as fixing the wonkiness of the arms. Big up Megan pls tell her she's a star ?

Really confusing experience. I don't even know what I need in terms of glasses to be honest. I asked if I needed glasses for everyday wear and I didn't get a clear answer. I the optician was over personal as well asking my opinion on some very strange topics and seem to be critical of my profession. All very strange I thought and I don't know what my prescription is for everyday wear only reading which isn't what I paid for.

Optician over familiar with my son and kept touching him even though they were told my son is Autistic, found it him vert strange similar to previous review. Got asked why were there, seemed like he couldnt be bothered tbh. Worse experience ever, would not recommend and going back to Specsavers from now on.

I visited to get safety glasses for work. I was served by Helen. I had a really good experience. I tried on several frames and was measured for Varifocals. I returned to collect them sooner than the 10 days expected. When I arrived she remembered my name and made adjustments to fit them properly. I ended up buying new glasses with her help. I couldn?t be happier with the service I received.
