Ordered from Amazon. Arrow was to deliver the parcel. Amazon showed them picking up package 0n the 29th, with a scheduled delivery on the 1st. Stayed home all day. They never showed up. I contacted Arrow by chat and they said it was scheduled for the 4th and was never scheduled for the first, despite written confirmation.Received another email today asking to confirm details. They then sent response that it would be delivered on the 10th, despite two prio confirmed dates. Went to chat with staff who claimed it was never scheduled for the 1st or the 4th. I forwarded prior information via chat and employee responded by insulting me.Rude, unprofessional, disorganized, and slow. Parcel still not here.

Awful company. Failed to deliver our item as "they didn't realise we lived in town" and "needed a smaller van". Then had to ring them twice to rectify this and it STILL did not get delivered on the rearranged delivery date as they " booked the wrong delivery slot". Both people I spoke to on the phone were nice but managers are illusive and no one sounded like they knew what they were doing. Not sure what is happening, is anyone aware of what their job is...? After now having to take two days off work to wait in for a delivery that has failed to arrive, I would expect some kind of compensation and for a manager to be getting in touch straight away rather than the estimated wait of 2-4 hours for a call back.

TV delivery bought on Amazon. Delivery by Arrow. Time slot allocated and I was kept informed of live progress during the slot - both in the Arrow app and by phone from the delivery drivers Barry and Damian. TV arrived on time and was brought up to my 6th floor apartment. Couldn?t be happier. Stress free and lovely friendly service. Highly recommend.

I´ve been all day at home waiting. I asked two times ArrowXL customer support if the courier will contact me as my building has no intercom and confirm my phone number with them and Amazon. The said both times, ¨yes, courier will contact you¨. Now I just received a notification saying they couldn't deliver because I wasn´t at home. What a joke...

Absolutely dreadful service. They don't even pick up their phones in customer service. Received a text from them 20 minutes before my parcel was supposed to be delivered telling me they couldn't locate it in their warehouse and someone would contact me to tell me when it would be delivered. Received absolutely nothing from them,they have 0 common decency to even update their customers. I'd rather carry my dressing table 4 miles than use this company. I work in haulage and I know exactly how it works and its certainly not like this.

Paid £15 for next day and I waited in till 21.00, driver ran out of time?.Now not delivering for 4 day's!!! A terrible company and will never use again!!!

It is Wigan who are "dealing with this"I just cannot express the contempt I feel about your company, our family washing machine has finally stopped working, my wife and I are disabled and we currently have our young grandson living with us as his mother has Covid 19 and is too ill to look after him, my wife has a deferred complex neuro operation due to the current pandemic so is currently bed bound and we are both in the high risk group and have complex medical needs.The washing machine has been at Wigan for over a week and ArrowXL has constantly sent SMS messages to book the delivery date.Each time I contacted ArrowXL they stated that the earliest date is on their system is [blah] and if I don't select one basically no delivery but they will try to get it quicker, I have expressed how urgently we need the machine as I am currently been handwashing our clothes for coming up to a month obviously not at a temperature required to kill off covid.I am a full time teacher and am currently working from home teaching school and 16-19 and apprentice learners remotely, but am required to attend work if vulnerable or children of key workers need teaching.Because I have had to agree under duress to later and later dates I will not be able to get our washing machine till the 28th and they are blaming me for doing what their advisers advise, the manager has listened to the calls and because I had no option to agree has said it is tough luck.If you are a company wanting to keep your reputation as a retailer or supplier, I would seriously avoid this company to for-fill your deliveries because I have been advised that this company is using these tactics to disguise their short comings.Kind RegardsMark Gordon
