Thieves and Con artists, do not buy a service plan from Arnold Clark if you work Monday to Friday. What they don't tell you when you buy a service plan is at the weekend they are only open on a Saturday morning for servicing and not at all on a Sunday making it virtually impossible to get a weekend appointment then your plan expires and you loose the services you have paid for. That's what has just happened to me, lost out on a service and MOT that I have paid for ?

Visited Arnold Clark after having issues with our current car and issues with last car dealership. We had the pleasure of working with Ste Aspinall for us to get a new car. Ste worked so hard at absolutely everything for us - arranging our car to be picked up free of charge, arranging for the new car to be delivered and all the paperwork and fiddly bits in between. Ste went above and beyond for us, explaining everything and being honest with us therefore we cannot thank him enough for all the effort he put in. What a top guy!
