I had great experience today as I went to purchase a fridge to Argos Speke, Liverpool shop. I was attended by Stuart. His cheerful personality , great costumer service , product knowledge and his willingness to go above and beyond made my shopping after a very stressful day, really. I will be definitely coming back.

Totally unhelpful store avoid and take your money somewhere else. Collection arranged at another store but didn't arrive so offered to collect another from here because it was urgent but not willing to help!

Ordered on Argos last night for delivery for today. I was given a time slot of 1:30-3:30, I then received a phone call at 4:15 telling me that my TV wouldn?t be delivered today. I rang this store as this is the store the delivery driver had come from, after being transferred numerous times I was told that the order would still be delivered, ring back at 6 if not. Got a text message at 5:55 to say it won?t be delivered. Rang through again and was told I would have to wait 24 hours to for someone to ring and rebook it, meaning I?d of had to wait over 24hours to receive the TV. After asking many times to speak to a manager I was finally transferred through, only to have an automated voice telling me the call was over.
Poor communication, lack of empathy and just unorganised mess.

Argos sold us a fake iPhone! When we came back, the lady at the counter was very unhelpful and rude. She made us feel like frauds, criminals; she did not even consider that it could be Argos' mistake. She was trying to convince us that there was no chance that we got a fake iPhone. She even described the way how the iPhone got to Argos. Speaking with the Apple advisor, it wasn't even close to the truth. We were asked to go to Apple and get a fake report. (Why did we have to do that? Argos sold us a dodgy mobile; they should sort that out.) The Apple advisor told us that we were the third people who asked for the report coming back from Argos Speke. In the end, we went back to Argos with the report and got a refund. This time there was helpful staff at the counter who looked at the phone, confirmed it was fake, and apologized. We were in shock that Argos is selling fake electronics. Unbelievable. Such a shame; we don't trust Argos anymore.
