Went today with my girlfriend, we asked for something simple and the two kids working behind the counter laughed at us and told us to look online. Don?t know who trains them or how they even work there with the attitude. The worst argos experience ever and has changed my shopping there for a long time.

Even 1 star is too much for this company, that's why I had to give it to write a complaint. Frankly, I bought a tablet 3 weeks ago and since I couldn't use it, I asked for a return request, then they told me that I couldn't return it and that I should leave here. No one helped me. The employees in the store are racist and harsh. Shame on you. I will never shop from here.

Feel bad to say that but im ganna be honest based on my experience, there are the rudest people iv ever seen in addition they are lying and don?t wanna help you at all!
I bought an item and paid for the accidental damage, when i have to replace the item they treated you like u wanna take their money or steal it ! They lied manny times and give you different answers and excuses while when u call the Argos line you get different answers. Worst branch ever.

Been several times, during a period of a year or so, just to pick up my online orders and my experience has been great and straight forward. I've never had more than 3 people infront of me in the queue. The staff are always trying to speed as much as possible the deliveries and if a client takes a bit longer buying extras, like myself, such as insurances and it's payments (didn't do online), they start asking the other clients queuing to pass to the other online counter. My orders are always in store tops next day. Long pick up hours 7 days a week. The whole process takes max 4 mins, 6 mins if you buy extras. No problem yet with my brought articles.
