Visited the Liverpool store today and was a mixed experience. When in the changing rooms I heard giggling from the staff complaining it smells horrible, I am a plus size women who was very anxious and sweating about getting new bras as it?s been 2 years since my last bra. I felt very degraded and embarrassed. Thankfully there was a lovely plus size girl with piercings helping me! She was very sweet and is the only reason I would ever consider returning. Ann Summers need to watch your disrespectful staff.

The customer service me and my partner received was outstanding, we didn't just have one sales rep we had 3, they went above and beyond, even got a cheeky discount and some freebies ? they recommend a thing or 2 and it didn't disappoint so they know what's the bomb and what's not.
We've been in there almost every year as a treat for our birthdays and every time we go the staff are so lovely, thanks for lovely customer service guys ??

I visited the store on Saturday evening where Aisling helped me picking out some underwear in the correct size for me, nothing was too much for her she made me feel comfortable and at ease as a plus size female.
The store was clean and organised, my only downfall to Ann summers is I wish there was a specific plus size section I know that some ranges to plus size fits however a dedicated area would be ideal!

I ordered things from here to be delivered to my home. I missed the delivery as I was at work, so it was sent to my local post office. Ann Summers say the packaging is discreet, but the two people behind the post office counter who were both looking at my package together clearly says otherwise. These two members of staff were raising their eyebrows, smiling, giggling and talking amongst themselves about my package.. They definitely knew what was in there. I was standing there, absolutely mortified. I went bright red. The packaging is not discreet.

Went in a few weeks ago, lovely staff in here all helpful and kind. However witnessed an incident with two members of staff. Small ginger staff member came out shouting for an Abby(Abi?). Saying she must speak to her, then overheard the young Abby being shouted at in a very aggressive tone, saying all sorts, I feel for the poor young girl and if someone had spoken to my child like that I would be very upset and in tears. Sad to see some hardworking, kind staff be verbally abused and bullied.

Hi! I went into the store today as tbh my body has changed a whole lot, 4 kids, breastfeeding, it?s been a ride!
I?m just so angry I don?t remember the lovely young woman?s name who assisted me today! I went in, explained I needed to be sized as I?ve lost ALOT of weight since September, previously a 38E, my bras could house a small animal in the gape they leave, and I was just at a loss, this girl hyped me up for my weight loss, like we should as women, she didn?t make me feel insecure in anyway, she was so so polite, and made me feel so confident about my now 36C?s!
Women supporting women is what keeps us all feeling like queens, and it was so appreciated today! Thank you thank you thank you! Xxxx

Called in today at Ann Summers Liverpool 1 to buy something. Got to the till and was asked do I want a bag. I said yes expecting a paper one as usual. Was given a reusable one but I thought not a problem, nice of them. Was only when i got home and saw my receipt I realised the girl behind the till had charged me a pound for it. I should've been told the cost before she charged me. Like other reviews on here, I used to go Ann Summers a lot but the new staff are awful, no customer care. I want my pound back and you can have your bag back! Only left the one star so I could leave a review.

The actual stock is very good but whilst in there a red haired woman kept staring at me and my girlfriend as we browsed, we came back a little later but then got the same treatment, walking out from the back to specifically stare at us whilst we browsed. She completely ignored others in the store also both times and we chose to browse elsewhere because of this. This is supposed to be a sex positive store

I went in a brought a few things that wasn?t exactly for me. And when I got to the till I told the women my family have just walked in can u pack faster or hide the items. She looked me in my eyes said yeah and put it on eye view so my family seen everything actually think she done it out of spite I use to be a regular customer until they got staff that dont value there customers or there discretion I would advice all staff be re trained and customers discretion legally I could actually sue your company due to breach of contract, discrimination and most of all discretion. Am fuming Ann summers do better like a lot better.

Visited here this week and wow the service is impeccable! Ellie and Karis looked after me so well. All of the staff are really freindly and so helpful! They have experts for every part of the store and they're so knowledgeable. I came in feeling so self conscious and left feeling like a beautiful goddess! Thank you all so much for making me feel so beautiful!

I'm getting married next month so wanted my bridal outfit to be perfect! Karis went out of her way and helped with every single detail, ensuring I had the perfect outfit! Karis also helped me feel confident throughout the entire visit to the store.....what a lovely girl, in fact, all the staff are just great ?thanks.
