I am shocked and horrified by the actions of the manager who cut up my card, citing company policy after just one hour because I forgot to pay. It was a genuine mistake that we forgot to pay. The allegations made by the staff at this restaurant are appalling. To accuse me of using a stolen card and intentionally walking out without paying is deeply upsetting.
Mistakes happen, and it?s important to recognize that some individuals have neurodiverse conditions that can lead to forgetting tasks. When you're reconnecting with a friend you haven't seen in ages, it's easy to become absorbed in the moment and lose track of time.
I am disgusted by the manager's decision to cut up my card and their ill-mannered attitude. This behavior is completely unacceptable. They have left me in distress with no card now.

Visited here last time we were in Liverpool and must say it was a highlight of the trip. Delicious cocktails and amazing food but unfortunately the prices have been increased quite a bit since we last visited in November 2023 which did put a slight dampner on the meal. We got the Hot Af Blasts and Pig & Waffle Fries for dinner and cherry bomb cocktails.

Wow ! What an amazing venue , the food , the staff and the atmosphere went beyond our expectations! Our server Mat went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, thank you ! We will be back , and I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family !

Best burgers in town! We visited Liverpool and were impressed by the taste. Also the vegetraian option was great! Big recommendation if you want a burger with great taste.
