I had an audiologist appointment with this Chemist, very professional and knowledgable, made me feel at ease, she also offered a free blood pressure test and explained everything. Much better than a long wait for the gp practice.

Been using this chemist for the past 6 months. Never had an issue until last week when I went to collect two prescriptions. I got home only to find 1 item in sealed bag despite being told both items had been put there. I had to go back three further visits to collect the other item (on two occasions the pharmacist hadn?t arrived) so they were unable to dispense. I work FT & don?t have time to keep going back so have now registered with a different pharmacy due to poor service.

I recently had poor experience at this pharmacy. I had ordered Fortini supplement milk bottles (about 60 bottles) for my toddler as she is prescribed them by her doctor and was given expired ones, which had the expiry date of 6 months ago. I advise that, if you ever happen to go at this pharmacy, check the products before leaving as they too may be expired.

I'm doing this review for my mum to highlight the excellent service she received from Lillian when going about having her ears syringed. Nothing was too much trouble Lillian goes above and beyond, she is so pleasant and her customer service is second to none.

I had been using Tesco?s pharmacy for some years but it?s got to the point that they don?t even answer the phone when you ring up so I thought I?d give this one a try and my word 5 star level of customer support and my meds have been ordered in really fast. I have made sure that this is now my nominated pharmacy. Thank you for your help and I look forward to having all my repeat prescriptions from you.

There was an issue with my husband?s meds which concerned me that he would run out over the holidays. Michael at the pharmacy promised me he would check with the GP on Monday to ensure my husband would have what he needed. True to his word, I was able to pick up my husband?s prescription. Thank you Michael for going that extra mile!I should also mention that the woman who served me today was incredibly friendly and helpful. I?m sorry I didn?t ask for your name.

Ive been using this pharmacy for a few years now, and it's been a bit of a hit and miss with the customer service I've received, but they now have the most helpful and knowledgeable member of the team who went out of her way to help me with a query and did so with a lovely smile on her face. Excellent service. Went in for Ear Wax removal. Camera put down ears. As it was I didn't have any wax.Recommend it.

I attend the GP practice next door and the allied pharmacy is superb. I never have any problems picking up my prescriptions or my husbands as the staff are amazing. It is definitely a top pharmacy. I nearly always see Millie in there and she is so helpful and pleasant. I asked her about our covid jabs and she booked us in within 2 days. she is amazing. Thank you Millie

Brilliant chemist!Been here for over a year. I have changed all my family members to this pharmacy.Wonderful team that work here.They provide excellent customer service and fantastic services.I had the ear wax removal and it was cheaper than other places!

Excellent customer service and lovely staff. Lisa and the team are a credit to the company.My previous chemist was a 48 hour turn around on prescriptions. Here at Allied, usually the day after I have ordered my prescription, I receive a text to let me know my prescription is ready to collect.

Avoid this chemist items missing from script on numerous occasions after receiving think I will be finding a different chemist don?t answer the phone ? neither and staff rude there always a problem there and other customers complaining about stuff blonde woman with glasses ?needs to go on a course the way she speaks no manners and I have spoken to head office twice
