Went here for post Santa Dash breakfast. We booked a table since it's usually very busy. Due to our fault we had an issue with the deposit but this was sorted quickly and without any fuss. Plenty of staff on duty. Pancake, full English and full vegetarian breakfast served very quickly. Everything delicious and hot especially tasty were the eggs and beetroot hash brown. Staff friendly and helpful. We have been here in previous years but this was the best yet. Definitely be back soon. Thank you for great service and food during a very busy morning.

The food was amazing! The staff who served us were amazing! It was a really busy day and your staff, upstairs were fantastic, I wished I'd have got their names because they took care of us, during a very busy time and nothing was too much for them, all with a smile, humour and professionalism!Food & drinks: Amazing!

The ambience was great, as ever.We reserved our table. Unfortunately the staff decided to put the next reservation on our table an hour before we were due to hand the table back. This did not make us feel very valued. It would have been nice if once we handed the table back the staff had helped us find an alternative table ( which we did ourselves)The staff were friendly but obviously inexperienced and inattentive. Just little touches would have enhanced the experience. We spent over £130.00 on drinks, food and cocktails. Which were fine.

The food was fantasticThe service however was a bit poor. We didn't get shown to our table, just told to go upstairs and find our table.When we got upstairs we had to get our own menus and ask to be served every time we wanted anything like a drink or to order, which is a bit poor.Besides that, the food was great and we all loved it.

Wow went prior to a show at the MS Arena, you can order at your table with the app, great for busy times, I had beef brisket tacos, and the Pad Thai which I have to say I will definitely go back again the food was outstanding, atmosphere was very laid back and cozy, loved it thank you All Bar OneVegetarian options: The Pad Thai has a vegetarian variety and the flavours were out of this world

We did the cocktail master class with Reece! He was amazing! So knowledgeable about the cocktails and so patient with everyone. Quite a few had never done it before so were abit slower/asking questions. Reece couldn?t have done any more for us. What a genuinely lovely guy. We will definitely be back!

The place itself is nice and a nice atmosphere-cocktails were good. However, I ordered a quesadilla-it arrived burnt black!!!! The others had burgers etc which they said were just ok. Also we wanted to order 2 bottles of Moët champagne - they had none - only dummy bottles on a shelf!!! What a disappointment ?Dietary restrictions: Quite a good gluten free selection.
