Since I have been employed locally now popping in here regularly. Prices a bit high.. staff mostly friendly. Shop nice and tidy.

The shop looks better after a change in management, however, some items are overpriced and one lady working there is rude. I asked for a price of something and she said it was at the back while it wasn?t and another time she pushed through a queue without excusing herself and brushed against my backpack I was carrying quite strongly which startled me a bit. More politeness is needed there.Edit: unfortunately, I need to add that the shop is going downhill as the prices are going up. The manager is very rude and some of the volunteers act like they don?t want to work there apart from one lovely lady.

I got tremendous help and support from Debbie, in the Age UK Runcorn Church St.On Friday l was so distressed. Debbie, was very understanding and supportive. She sorted out my Virginmedia problem in a calm collective manner, l left the office with an overwhelming peace of mind. Debbie sorted everything out for me. She was amazing!

The volunteers are lovely in this shop. Was always my favourite shops years ago. Used to be a "proper" charity shop with lots of bric a brac and books cheap.Nowadays it's leaning more towards Oxfam prices. But in my experience the volunteers in this shop are the nicest in the area.
