We went there at five pm on a Sunday and all the tables were full. The food is absolutely gorgeous and there is something for everyone. I have not been this happy with food for a long time, love that you can book on WhatsApp too if you're like me and hate talking on the phone. Plenty of parking nearby on the main road or on side streets. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Classic simple menu but extremely well executed!!

We went last Sunday 10th March for Mother's Day. Food was fresh, tasty and wonderful as always. The roast lamb and beef dinners are outstanding. Service was impeccable.....friendly and professional with all food coming out piping hot. We visit here often as it's such a gem.

It was my second visit. I really appreciated the artisanal (somewhat modernised, but it is perfectly fine) food, their freshness and the diversity of the ways in which the ingredients are used for creating different foods. Both the small plates (probably 4 for two people) and the large plates are attractive. The service is truly excellent, polite, involving.The only shortcoming (in my view) is the limited number of wines per glass.Booking in advance is strongly recommended.

I have been to this restaurant many times, and it is consistently excellent. Lovely, professional staff, terrific menu with regular changes and specials & high-quality, delicious food. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

2nd visit here all courses lovely! Pitta bread with homemade houmous and meatballs with chorizo to start. Jerk chicken with rice and lamb mince with feta and pomegranate to follow. Finished meal with sticky toffee pud all washed down with a bottle of malbec! Every course gorgeous! Would really recommend.

This really is the most amazing bistro you honestly couldn't find better. Mike the chef makes the most incredible food, today we had crispy chilli beef with stir fried vegetables and jasmine rice we honestly didn't want it to end the flavours we're sensational. Then we had the roast dinner WOW again fabulous beef, roast and mash potatoes, done to perfection, yorkshire pudding and 4 vegetables with lots of delicious gravy. The desserts are out of this world if you manage to fit one in so much choice. Couldn't recommend this incredible Bistro any more. Kerry the waitress is so lovely, she is attentive and can't do enough to make your time in the Bistro special.
