Got to the store early this morning, great move I thought, aisles were clear and easy to get round. Unfortunately when I got to the till with a full trolley I was told that tills don?t open until 8am. As expected the self service checkouts were a pain to use. They immediately didn?t recognise the bags I put out (where else am I supposed to put them if doing a full shop ??). For this reason I am going to start using Aldi/Lidl from now on? if everywhere just wants us using self service checkouts why bother paying more for our products? what are we actually getting for the extra money Tescos are charging?. As I found out this morning it certainly isn?t convenience.

Staff are always helpful
This is a busy store 99% of the time the checkouts always flow nicely so theres not a long wait to checkout which is great

Went to Tesco at 10:17 after checking google and also Tesco website to confirm its hours. When driving in the sign says open till midnight only to get closer and it?s closed. A member of staff was outside and says it closes at 10pm. They should really consider changing there hours on the website and also google.

I was in Tesco earlier today, my mother had an incident in the store, I went and spoke to tilly who was absolutely fantastic, then steve from security helped and Tina on the tills were so compassionate towards her.
I would like to say to Tesco that they have the most compassionate staff and they are absolutely the best ..it was a difficult situation, and these staff couldn't have done any more than they did.

Turned up at 10:45 as the stated hours they where open till 12 and updated 6 days ago they were shut maybe have a word with your staff about the closing times instead of having people turn up to be disappointed expected better from a chain supermarket

Decent testosterone but on the sign and over the phone says they're open 6am to midnight but when I get there at 10:30 they're closed.

This is a good Tesco had a big car park and a separate petrol station next to this. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Cashiers scan items but don't push them down towards you so you're stretching over. Some cashiers don't remind you for your clubcard.

Went with my wife shopping. Decided to have a coffee. Clean cups on top of the drinks machine, full of flies.Went few days later with my brother for a sandwich. Same thing, clean cups full of flies for some reason.Cakes not covered.Staff look as though they may have won the lottery but lost the ticket.

I wasn?t allowed to go in at 11:45 when it clearly says ?we are open till 12? this is unfair on people that travel from far in hope the Tesco will be open. Either change your time or allow people to come in till 12.
