I have to say the food from here is absolutely incredible. No exaggeration I would make Pakora my death row meal as the last thing I ever ate on this earth the food is that sensational.
Not only that but you never ever miss anything from the order, food is always piping hot and even keeps its appearance when it arrives so always looks amazing as well as tastes. Even the fact I always ask for no veg in madras and extra mint sauce you have never forgot it once.
I have never ordered from you without getting lamb madras and I can honestly say hand on heart I have never had one tiny miniature scrap of fat on any peice of lamb from pakora. Every single chunk of diced lamb has melted in my mouth like hot butter.
I have no other words apart from keep doing the lords work what an incredible job you guys do. Thank you

Very unhappy. Food was delivered 30 minutes after delivery time given. Also 3 items missed off the order. When we rang to enquire why 3 items had been missed off the order they basically accused us of lieng. Eventually delivered the whole order. The food was tasty but expierience was not nice and i will never be using Pakora again

Service was very poor. Waited over 90 mins and ghe when rang up to see where it was.driver who answered was very abrupt saying it is what it is. Then when food did eventually arrive the other driver was no better. Told him to take it away. I know they're busy but to just keep you waiting is very poor customer service give it a miss from now on

Our absolute favourite Indian takeaway ?? tried a bunch of places but this is our favourite by far and we don?t go anywhere else now. They?re super friendly and generous. I?m always making requests for more mild flavours as I?m not great with spice and they always meet my requests and everything is always delicious :)

Ordered a delivery of King Prawn Puri but no puri only sauce. Tikka masala, just a very sweet red sauce. Rest of food was cold though my husband enjoyed his Lamb Madras once heated in microwave. Very dissatisfying and far too expensive for what you get.

Never again ! Ordered online with confirmation email. Got there to be told they couldn?t find my order. Had to wait for it to be cooked ?fresh? food was cold when got home and items missing from order. Curry just tasted of sugar ??

Having worked in a restaurant that runs a delivery service I completely understand the pressures when its a busy service. However having rang up to get an update on a delivery (two hour wait), I was met with a women who was extremely rude despite me being totally polite and understanding over the phone. We then rang again around 45 minutes later to see if it would be better if we collected and you could hear her in the background rudely moaning again. Very poor customer service from her and totally unnecessary attitude.
