Went here in the drive through 4 pieces of chicken and fries for 2. 4 drumsticks? I went back, the guy who served me looked nervous when he served me through the dispatch box, I wondered why. On return I spoke to the manager who said we give you what we have. I'm 60 have been eating kfc since they opened, normally get 2 pieces of chicken and fries, never been given 2 drum sticks before, ever. I told the manager this she said money back or do you want me to do it properly????? She new it was wrong how many others has this been done to. Litherland KFC, go to aintree instead.

Every evening at 9pm they stop all milkshakes ice creams and krushims then to make matters worse they don't take cards after 9pm making it hard for drive thru customers has to go inside very very poor service I come here every evening same story.

We ordered 6 pieces of chicken to take away. We could hear plenty of laughter and banter in the background and we had to repeat our order request several times. No customer service at all. The order was literally thrown towards us in our car. When we got home the chicken was so overcooked it was inedible

Worst kfc by far theres always something missing, staff are slow to say the least, foods never hot when you get it, strips are soggy as anythin, just avoid an go somewhere else dont know how this place is still open tbh its possibly the worst kfc iv been to.
