The manager is so rude. I hate going in. They never answer the phone.
It's much better in Stonedale store.

I visited the Kirkby branch today and was shocked at the lack of customer service skills. When I got to the tills and asked for NHS discount (with my badge), the man serving replied: ?you NHS ones always want discount, I should say no considering I waited 16 hours in A&E last week?. Don?t think I will be shopping in there ever again now.

I visited the Kirkby store today with my 2 year old son. We were just walking around the shop and when I got to the till I was served by a man called Andy, I held up my phone for him to scan my Superdrug card an he snatched my phone off me to scan it which I did not appreciate and he had an awful attitude. Once I had paid for my products he then shouted at my 2 year old! ?GET OFF THEM DO NOT TOUCH IT TOOK ME 2 HOURS SORTING THEM? to which my son shook and got upset from him shouting I am so disgusted and disappointed by this. I told him do not speak to my son like that he?s a child and he huffed and walked away.
