I recently took my car to Motorhub for major work in replacing the intercooler, an MOT and a partial service. From the start, Kenny, James and the team were exceptional. Had a new turbo and rocker cover gasket fitted. Turbo was fitted without gasket so leaking rocker cover gasket is also leaking. Tried to get in contact but every time i spoke to someone they said the owner will be back in touch. iv waited 4 weeks now. Had to pay for it to be repaired else where. £750

I had the most AMAZING customer service yesterday. My car broke down and they went 'above and beyond' normal customer service to accommodate me to ensure I got my car back the same day to be able to drive home to Manchester! Such friendly people and thank you, especially Paddy, for everything you did to help me and keep me updated with phone calls too, thanks to everyone involved for supporting my situation!
