Some customers were waiting 25 mins for their breakfast, I waited 15 mins for a single coffee. No staff , no managers to apologise and just horrendous customer service ! Avoid at all costs

Went through the drive through and I was asked something unintelligible and asked the lady to say it again, it turned out that I was asked if I was using the App today I said no and she took our order, we had to wait 6 or 7 minutes, as the delivery people always seem to get priority over everyone for some reason. The burger was as flat as a pancake but my granddaughter seemed ok with it. The only problem with writing a review for Mac Donalds is that they never, ever reply to any reviews good or bad. Very poor place.
Parking: It is meant to be a fast food restaurant but it is not fast food as you have to wait for it as the delivery driver's come first. Infuriating.

Waited 36mins for fast food, food was cold and missing items with no apology for taking so long, wouldn't mind if it was busy but it wasnt, prioritising just eat over restaurant orders.

Not the worst McDonald's I've ever visited but the service is consistently slow. This is the third and last time I've stopped here and I don't think I've had my order in less than 15 minutes once, none have been big orders either but there just seems to be no urgency to get orders served in a timely manner.

Fast food is at least a 20 minute wait and might be cold. Maybe it's called fast food because it's fast when it comes out the other end... It was better years ago, now they are too busy doing deliveries to care about the store. Should leave deliveries to the independent businesses.

Genuinely shocked they allow pet dogs in with no leash collar or even a harness. Dog was walking around the place with the occasional shout from the owner to get out. Although the dog did not listen and stayed by their feet for a few minutes, the manager/supervisor did not care as they clearly knew the owner personally. I love dogs Although I'm allergic and don't mind them most of the time but to walk around a food place as people are eating with nothing in the form of a collar or leash, truly shocked.

I'd give zero if I could the staff are rude in the drive through I get it can be busy but no excuse for the way they are and the food is always awful got a burger that looked like it had been bounced of the wall and everything was cold even after parking up for 30 mins
