Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff refusing a 3 year old girl access to use their toilet apparently the staff don’t know the code to open them the only way you can have the code is if you purchases something

I'm not comming to Costa often, maybe twice a year, but I'm not happy about my recent visit. Coffee and food as you would expect from Costa, but staff completely incompetent to work under pressure, remember orders or multitask, which is quite sad for such a nice place. 4 girls stressing around, spilling coffeys on the desk,... read full comment
