The person who helped me was nice and friendly and made my task that I was doing that more easy and less stressed.

Lost my package which means over £150 lost. Can't contact the depot because their braincells struggle to contend with the notion of picking up a phone let alone opening at reasonable hours.\\n\\nChances are one of their employees has stolen it. Good going.

5 stars are for the men and women who are out in all weather delivering mail in my area. They are a great group of people, who in my opinion are not fully supported by their management. Many of whom are graduates with no relative experience.

They are only open from 8-10. What a joke. Might aswell not even be open at all. Lazy sods. Paid for 1st class delivery and they can?t even be bothered to deliver it, let alone let me get it. Wouldn?t be surprised if they just knocked and ran. Shambles of a depot?. Might aswell close it and merge it with the ACTUAL post office which is open all the time. What?s the point in having it with part time postmen who can?t even deliver parcels or a good service. Jokes

Huyton postoffice is a joke the staff in the shop are sat behind the counter saying there is no staff to open the shop. The staff question whats in parcels when they are told you don't need to know they refuse to take it. Any other post office when seeing a recored delivery to DVLA its a give away its my documents. But Huyton refuse so ended up going to ASDA getting a book of stamps and posting it normal post.

One of the worst delivery offices in the liverpool area. Management are a disgrace. Postmen and women are ok but the office is a shambles

Please ask the local post man to stop walking across my window & leaning on my fence to post next door's mail, if my fence breaks because of his weight leaning on it I'll be sending him the bill, he's been caught on camera several times.

The postman knocked at 8am on a Saturday to deliver a parcel that was already late and that I'd waited in for the entire previous day. I jumped out of bed and knocked on the window. He looked up and saw me then completely ignored me, jumped in his van and SPED off, wheels spinning, running over the grass verges in his haste. It's Saturday so the next time I can collect it is Monday, or I can get it redelivered on Tuesday. Do the Post Office really call this service? It's a complete disgrace, a shambles! They refused to sack the highly paid driver which was my reasonable demand. If he simultaneously got a phone call telling him his wife was about to give birth then on submission of a valid birth certificate I will apologise, otherwise I expect the man to be sacked or better still, jailed for a reasonable term....the lazy b*******.
