Lost my package, no update after I dropped it off here. Phone number doesn't help. 1st class signed doesn't actually mean 1st class signed here, I wouldn't recommend people to send from here.

After looking on Internet that this post office did this service,I went to renew my driving licence only to be told system down. Went to prescot were staff were so helpful sorted licence. Man behind counter told me other customers had said this about Huyton yet they use same system as Prescot which was up and running. Think they just couldn't be bothered. Only took minutes.

The eastern european lady seemed not to understand my simple request about international postage and was growing increasingly exasperated as I asked her to clarify her vague responses. In the end it was too much trouble for her to assist a customer rather than process a sale, and when I advised i would take my query to another post office as she was unable/unwilling to assist, she gesticulated wildly to her colleague and stated that her computer system was not intended to be used for searching for pricing and dimensions for international postage as I was asking. Overall a very negative experience.\\n\\nI must also comment that if you have a large winding queue in the shop and a staff member wandering seemingly aimlessly around the staff area of the counter rather than serve, you invite much of the frustration and displeasure that I've often seen channeled in the shop.

Needed to send a small parcel with tracking. Was told it would be £11.15. Thought oof that?s abit steep but didn?t question at the time as just assumed it went off size and weight of box. Checked receipt when I got out and have been charged for the most expensive option, special next day delivery by 1pm tracking with signature. Not something I asked for at all. Just tracking, very dishonest.

Older man who works behind the counter is a thorough gentleman, wonderful customer service skills, couldn't fault him. However on my visit today, was served my a very unpleasant female with no customer service skills whatsoever. Very rude and abrupt in manner. No please or thank you, just through receipt at me. Will avoid using this post office again and will use Longview. Staff much more pleasant and helpful.

Terrible arrogant and rude staff. On their mobiles while serving. Very slow generally but 2 assistants ok. Pick your time.

Never use it other places available. Staff must have been trained to only offer most expensive format first, then if challenged by customer, blame the computer! Next, when sending parcels abroad, do not exceed 2kg. Weight limit, because you will be over charged for your parcel to go missing, through other countries,and taking 12 days to arrive from Liverpool to Malta. Shoddy service, arrogant staff. Avoid this place!

The staff always seem to try and get you to do things the most expensive way possible. I've felt very harassed several times by staff trying to get me to remain in the post office to speak to staff about deals and offers. I feel uncomfortable using this post office.

Do not use this post office, staff are not trained properly, and tell you they are definitely right. Then when you ask for something to be rectified, because of their mistake, they simply accuse you of being aggressive towards the staff, rather than rectifying their mistake. I repeat do not use if you want an quality service.

Never even tries to get the customer the best price. I've begin going to another post office. And everything in there is stupidly expensive
