We ordered on McDonald's app for delivery. Waited over 90 mins, on checking the app the delivery driver changed 3 times then finally left the store and came straight to me which is a 5 min drive. Food arrived stone cold. They seem to be taking far too many orders and can't cope with demand. Don't bother.

Joke of a gaff. Waited 40 minutes for an order. Asked three people where my order was ? their replies were all ?dont know?. One girl by the name Kate (black hair) decided to help with a smile. Judging by the other reviews im not the only one who thinks this gaff is a laughing joke

I don't like doing this, but, it has been the worst MacDonalds experience I've ever had, I waited for half an hour in store for my meal, just for the burger to be cold, they said they would make me a fresh one, after 5 minutes of waiting I asked where it was, they hadn't even started it so my chips went cold, I gave my meal back and didn't even ask for a refund, a total embarrassment and clueless, there was 2 ladies in the kitchen not doing anything, just gossiping and laughing, why are they there, never going there again, on a plus there was 2 young lads working really hard, most probably covering for the clueless ones

Absolutely the WORST Mc Donalds from Liverpool!!! Terrible service, time-consuming, food always arrives cold when I order through the delivery app!!! Most of the time they miss the order and items, you should always check your order because it usually lacks something or there is something you didn't ask for, in short, HORRIBLE

Ordered with a guide time of 20-25 minutes waited 40mins and ordered through just eat driver was at McDonald?s according to the delivery schedule then I got a text saying my order was cancelled I?m working nights and had only one hr for my dinner I?m now on my way bk to work to complete a 12 hr shift with no food in me also no explanation to why the order was cancelled and no answer by telephone couldn?t leave review by just eat no option there thanks mc Donald?s for leaving me tired hungry and wasting my dinner time never will I ever eat at McDonald?s again this isn?t my first or second problem fast food my a#% absolutely no regards for customer service what?s so ever a multi billion pound company can?t even keep their paying customers happy and still waiting for refund

I have arrived at this McDonald?s at 12:00 ish and got told that the system is just rebooting or something like that and that it would be a 20 minute wait so I said that is fine and gave my order, I then when 20 minute went by I tried again and got told it would still be another 20 minutes so at this point it is 12:20 and my girlfriend says wait because we have order, so we did and do you know what got told to us when we went back at 1:10. this being a full 1 hour and 10 minutes after we initially got there was that the system is down and would be 20 minutes still, bearing in mind the hole time this is happing just eat drivers are get there food orders and we was left with nothing and didn?t even get told if you order on just eat it will work ?because it?s a different system? I think this is not good costumer service and I will not be going here anymore and will be going page-moss

Worst McDonald?s in Liverpool. Time and time again no organisation, workers haven?t got a clue wether they?re coming or going, no one manning the front ao people just left wondering what?s going on. After half hour I asked for my money back when they had no clue what my order was. Will never you in their again the managers haven?t got a clue how to run a successful customer service establishment. Maybe stop taking orders on the till too if you are making people wait half hour + Not even an apology when giving me money back? Just threw it in my hand and said nothing. Don?t waste your time or money

I avoided here as the staff were so rude last time, prioritising delivery drivers over customers. But gave it another chance today and why did I bother. Waited ages for food, my fillet o fish was freezing when I got home and over cooked. The chocolate milkshake had no chocolate in it, I gave a lad 1 back and he managed to bring me an actual chocolate milkshake but the girl said it wasn't mixing properly, so I ended up with vanilla. I spent 20 minutes and it was chaos. I will never go back. One bad experience can be excused, but 2. The big mac was cold. Worst maccies in the area, go to Prescot it's much nicer

Worst McDonald's experience ever, we went through the drive thru, the entire process took at least half an hour. We were patient and the four of us ordered a variety of food, mainly snacks and drinks. We had trouble paying but I think that was on me, it was all okay until we received our drinks and food which wasn't the right order. We received coke instead of Fanta then had a glance in the food bag to see a big Mac (that we hadn't ordered) and 3 portions of fries which we'd only ordered two. We handed it back thinking we just received the wrong order. The server then proceeded to argue with us that it was our order, so we had to relay everything we'd asked for. They then spent 5 minutes checking and changing the food, only to be handed the exact same bag again with the exact same food. Which turned into another argument from the server demanding that the Big Mac was ours. I have never left a McDonald's feeling so upset and disappointed with the service. The food was poorly made squashed and sauce everywhere.
