Everything in person is OK, however should anything go wrong with online banking, the number they tell you to call is incorrect, and their voice recognition software is just awful.Called to fix an error with being locked out on online banking, fought with the answering machine, only to be redirected to another number afterwards.... awful customer service online.

Can?t understand why this branch never fills the ATM machine with envelopes to deposit money after banking hours . I?ve made 3 trips over the past 3 weeks to put money into account and not been successful to as there?s never any envelopes in the machine to deposit the money ! Wasted trips time and petrol and can?t get there in the times the banks open due to my working hours , time to say goodbye to Lloyds after 30 years of banking there as it?s becoming impossible to get cash into the account

Why are bank closing time so inconvenient for working customers 3.30 and not open on a Saturday,I want to go into my bank and not do on line banking ,but these times are awful .

Worst service experience ever traveled all the way from oldswan to use this branch and got turned away at 4.29pm last friday would not use this branch again the lady on duty would not let me in to deposit money would love to complain to the manager about this not happy I told them I was stuck in traffic the lady didn't care I hope one day this happen to her in the future ......

Friendly staff but no where to be seen when you want them also you are waiting in long queues for ages and the machines also take quite a long time to process your money into an account or using the ATM is hard because they are dirty and you canâ??t see the screens properly

Staff here were very helpful when it came to needing some details amended . Glad this is my local branch and will continue to use it often.
