Lovely opticians. All staff are helpful and pleasant both in person and over the phone. They go out of their way to help and if they say they will order something or organise something for you, it will be done. I travel 10 miles each way for the stress free experience. They are also kind and caring with my grandchildren aged 6 and 8. Thank you Vision Express Heswall branch for such an excellent service.

Very good customer service. Easy to book eye test on line. I had eye test Wednesday afternoon and my two pairs of glasses were ready Friday. Super quick!

My wife and I both had brilliant service from the Heswall branch. The optometrist was really friendly and the service from the front of house was extremely good. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very very disappointing service. Lady on the front desk was rude and then I ended up being persuaded into purchasing vari-focals. These were a disaster and I returned them.. or tried to! The woman gave me such a hard time and instead of 100% refund I got a partial refund. Absolutely awful and I will never use again. Guarantees are supposed to be that especially when I didn?t want that type of lense in the first place.
