Absolute excellent service from Darren at Timpson?s in Heswall. I have tried both over the Wirral and down south to have a spare key cut and programmed for my Renault Kadjar. Nobody has had the correct software and if they have they haven?t been able to carry out the procedure correctly. Of course I could?ve gone to the retailers but it would?ve crossed over double the price. Darren at Timpson?s Heswall sorted my key out straight away. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Darren went above and beyond for me when fixing my car key. He came out to see me when my car had broken down and exhausted all the options to get it going including jumping it from his own car. Once it was up and running he had a new key done for me in less than 15 minutes. Brilliant service, quick and efficient. Darren was absolutely lovely, Thank you so much again !!

I took a watch in that I couldn't get working, It was my husband's watch who had passed away so was sentimental rather than expensive, the gentleman behind the counter fixed the watch and wouldn't take any money for it, a real credit to timpsons, I can't express how that act of kindness cheered me up

Went in to get some keys cut for some of the window in our property and unfortunately they didn?t have them in but the man had the same model at his house and told us to come back the following day it was spot on .Need to say he manage to do it from a picture seems to me pretty impressive to me .Went above and beyondThanks lot

If I could leave 10 stars I would, Darren stayed late to fix my key card for my awful car. He was very patient, no clock watching, got the job done. Deserves a pay raise.
