I am absolutely disgusted at the way I was spoken to at the help desk in Tesco, Heswall at about 12.30 p.m. on Sunday, 17th August. I was trying to explain my situation politely and calmly but the assistant talked over me and told me if I did not stop I would be asked to leave the store. Her attitude was nasty and aggressive and I was so upset I did not get her name. Needless to say I will shop elsewhere in future.

Always friendly and helpful staff, love stopping for a chat with the people on the tills whilst packing up my shopping. Great variety of food, drinks and house hold goods. Great place to shop.

This shop has become absurdly expensive. I understand inflation but when things are 3 times the price they were 6 months ago then I'm out. I'm not shopping here again for anything! It's a disgrace.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tracey Holding in the bakery at the Heswall store. She was meticulously hygienic in slicing me a loaf of bread, washing her hands and presenting it back with a minimum of touching. A small detail perhaps, but very telling and unusual enough these days to be worthy of an appreciative comment. Thanks Tracey

I commend your staff employed in your cafe. Their efficiency is second to none. They are always pleasant and helpful. I am a regular visitor, sometimes with a grandchild. We always look forward to out treat.

Whilst shopping on the 30th of October 2024, I suddenly became dizzy, unsteady and vomiting. I cannot praise or thank the staff enough for the help, care and attention they gave to me.
The lady at the checkout helped me to a seat, Chris and Georgia were brilliant got me a wheelchair and helped me into a friend?s car.
I feel that the staff at Heswall Tesco are not always given the respect that they truly deserve.
I always shop at Tesco and have found all the staff to be friendly and helpful, the produce is fresh, good variety and competitively priced.

Perhaps the management of Heswall Tesco can answer a simple question for me?
Are you a supermarket or a nightclub ?
I know that you have quiet times, and therefore by definition, all of the other times are noisy so why not reverse the process.
Make quiet times the norm and have your concept of music only at certain times.
The process of shopping is stressful enough and the addition of your music only adds to this level of stress. My reaction is to get out of your shop as quickly as I can. So do you like to drive away customers to other supermarkets ?
