All the staff in this branch are so patient and really know what there doing ho get you the right help or the small machines for your eyes to be tested all the glasses are sterilised b4 and after you try them on, only a small shop, parking outside but very limited spaces as on a row of a few shops. Also situated a 5 min walk from the main tesco in heswall

Such a fantastic service at Heswall Specsavers... would highly recommend them! Nothing was too much trouble, I even had a laugh and a joke with the staff and they're all so helpful, knowledgeable and provide great advice on glasses too! Thanks to all the staff.

I had been advised to have an eye test by Arrow Park A & E who left me feeling underwhelmed in terms of support and general care.The team at Heswall Specsavers were able to put me at my ease when advising me that there was an issue that needed addressing.A young team lead on the day by the Optician Lauren Mackie who was an absolute star - well done all.

Really friendly and professional staff. Take time to fully explain the process and what it shows about your eye health. Pleasant waiting area with plenty of seats available but I've never had long to wait either for an appointment or fitting. Reasonable pricing too and always lots of offers available. Highly recommended
