Really friendly and professional staff. Take time to fully explain the process and what it shows about your eye health. Pleasant waiting area with plenty of seats available but I've never had long to wait either for an appointment or fitting. Reasonable pricing too and always lots of offers available. Highly recommended

Couldn?t be any happier with Specsavers, Heswall. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They don?t make you feel pressured to buy frames but are ready to help instantly should you need it. Great selection of frames and good value. Have recommended them to all my family who have also been impressed with the service they?ve received too. 10/10

WARNING they don't like complaints....after more than 30yrs of being a satisfied Specsavers customer I had the cause to make a complaint to the Heswall branch. Instead of taking this constructive criticism and improving their service they discontinued me as a customer. Not a great way to treat a loyal customer whose health has deteriorated due to cancer treatment etc etc WOW...

My family and I have used Specsavers Heswall for 5 years and have always had excellent service over that time. From eye tests, glasses fittings (and the occasional repair!) all staff have been knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Would highly recommend, I'll never be going anywhere else!
