Really overwhelmed by the friendly help and support I got from Marga at the Heswall branch. I walked in, impromptu, and she was friendly enough to invite me into her office to assist whilst other people were using the service desk. Santander have always looked after me.

It seems the staff here comes to work just to sleep.
Incredibly slow, they chat away but can't manage to say a word.
It's unbelievable that it takes 40 minutes just to deposit money when it should be a quick task.
I hope it shuts down and a proper bank opens in its place where I can move my account.

ATMs don?t work, you put your cash notes in correctly and for some reason it returns them for no reason. Don?t use them

Visited this branch a number of times this week re query on account. Every day there was a large queue to the door. Went on Saturday, again big queue finally got to counter to find only one staff (very good)on duty. The banks are closing the branches using the excuse of no customers. Try visiting first.

Went into Santander Heswall 13/1O 2022 it was a really great experience, the gentleman that dealt with us was so friendly and helpful, longtime employee excellent service.
