Really overwhelmed by the friendly help and support I got from Marga at the Heswall branch. I walked in, impromptu, and she was friendly enough to invite me into her office to assist whilst other people were using the service desk. Santander have always looked after me.

It seems the staff here comes to work just to sleep. Incredibly slow, they chat away but can't manage to say a word. It's unbelievable that it takes 40 minutes just to deposit money when it should be a quick task. I hope it shuts down and a proper bank opens in its place where I can move my account.

Spent 25 mins trying to pay a machine money that did not work staff inside not interested to assist What good is a bank that opens at half 9 and closes at 3 Opens when you are at work and is then closed by the time you finish
