Ordered chicken wings, a large garlic bread and large curly fries and to say the portions are small would be an understatement. Definitely either been charged for large and got a small, or it?s a rip off. £19 order and have a bowl for the food rather than a plate. I wouldn?t even like to think what a small would look like. Spoke to the manager and didn?t offer to fix anything and said we?d received large portions. Won?t be coming again.In reply to below - I didn?t agree with anything, I explained I was unhappy with the portion sizes as they were tiny. Appreciate you can?t do anything about that but that?s just my opinion as a customer. If it?s always been the way that?s fine I just personally wouldn?t come again as it wasn?t great value for money at all!

Drove all way to eastham to pick this up and get there and he got my pizza order totally wrong...No apology or nothing re done me pizza while the othe 2 pizzas in order went cold .Redone pizza wasn't even cooked properly,was the best on the Manor,now I wouldn't recommend to no one.Shame as not many good pizza places around...Lost my custom

First time we tried the Heswall branch, never again, quick delivery but bad pizzas, bland, poor quality ingredients, little bit expensive not good value for money

What a joke! Website hours aren?t even correct! Ordered pizza, waited two hours, to get a text to say they aren?t open! Only got a text after I called three times to see where food was! No apology nothing! Good food, when you can get it but DISGUSTING customer service!
