Not the 1st time this has happened ! Went to collect prescription for mum(97) after ordering by phone the week before..had not been put on system so not ordered from doctor..now have to wait again... and travel to collect again .

Horrendous pharmacy, especially their phone line. Can never get hold of anyone with regards to organising prescriptions and when you manage to get through the staff are usually rude and aggressive. A really poor establishment.

Staff seem to be doing their best amid chaos. Last week I queued outside, today I went to collect an item owed from my prescription and was told the computer system was down, if it was urgent it would be a 30 minute wait. Hopefully when their new system is installed fully things will be quicker and smoother.
