I couldn?t recommend Move Residential enough. They made the whole selling and buying process so smooth and actually enjoyable. Of course there are stressful moments when selling and buying your next home, but all the staff especially Antony who was looking after my sale and purchase made the whole process as stress free as possible!
I found that they always got back to me as soon as possible to any enquiry and they would check up bi-weekly to make sure we are doing ok, which I greatly appreciated.
Can?t thank Antony & Hannah from Move Residential and the rest of the team enough, if you were considering using Move Residential I hope this review gives you enough reason to do so.

Shocking management from this agent comeing up to a year we have been left with hell from there tenets next door still there paying no rent and threatening my 11month baby and girlfriend horrible drunks never let this agent manage your property?s!!!!!!

Just bought our first home through Move Residential and can?t fault the service whatsoever. Liam and Jenni were both excellent - they are trustworthy, responsive, hard-working and great communicators. Documents were processed efficiently and we were kept updated throughout the process. Me and my partner are so grateful to the team here and we would recommend Move Residential to anyone looking to buy a house.

Was really happy with Lucy Pointing as our sales progression team. She always replied to emails very promptly, she called me back everytime I rang if wasn't immediately available and she seemed like a hard working and a nice person to deal with, first time I have had such a positive experience when selling/buying a house.

When trying to contact the advisor assigned to your Property Sale they are either in a meeting, "on the other line" or annual leave. You can never get hold of them therefore not worth the money that they charge you. Would definitely not recommend this Estate Agent so don't waste your money and seek a reputable Estate Agent to Sell your Property.

Very poor communication and customer service! Constantly having to chase and I was past around several members of staff. Told on several occasions emails would be sent, or I would be called back with a response, which never happened. Regrettably this was a real waste of time, as some of the properties they listed looked to have some real potential.
