The ladies in the chemist will go out of their way to be helpful. They always have time for everyone and are professional empathetic and polite I would thoroughly recommend this pharmacy

Lisa and the team have improved this pharmacy beyond measure. They are so efficient, courteous and helpful and I am never waiting very long for my prescription. I am extremely happy with the service and grateful for their hard work.

Recently taken over and I am so impressed I had to leave a review! Lisa and her team I are so efficient and friendly - I have been in 3 times so far and every time my medication has been ready and waiting for me. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended

How these guys still stay in business baffles me, this is the fourth time they have screwed up my mothers prescription. This time they sent it to the wrong doctors surgery after telling me to ring up my doctor as they hadn't received it, no apology!! They then promised me it would be there the next day, went in next day and hadn't recieved it, asked them to call me when it arrives, NO couldn't do that I would have to phone them, still no apology!! Finally there the next day, 8 days late!! I always try and support local businesses but NO more for this shop. Will now use Tesco pharmacy, at least they text me when prescription is ready to pick up. Shining example of how not to run a business.

This is a fairly typical small town pharmacy. In the middle of blinkin nowhere. The area near Heswall train station is a speck of dust. Please do not get off at this train station without good reason ... You could be stranded for more than an hour. The pharmacy itself is fine, though a bit small, and staff seemed fairly attentive. I'm sure they service this little area well considering it's the only pharmacy within miles.
