What has happened to this place? Have they replaced the heating element in their ovens with 40 watt light bulbs? Last few pizzas ive had the base was barely cooked, cheese hardly melted on top. Not a hint of crispyness to be found. A thin line of uncooked dough running through the base. I even complained the Dominos HQ last time and they asked for a photo which i sent but heard nothing back. Better pizzas from Heswall kebabs thesedays which is embarassing for Dominos

This is no pizza, after eating half you are pretty much done, no taste, nothing to do with pizza.

Ordered several pizzas for a party on Saturday. Dan couldn't have been more helpful. We were understandably told that the pizzas would be ready within a 30 minute window but in fact they called me bang on the time we asked for. Piping hot and every last slice was eaten.

Received extremely poor customer service over the phone from two staff members at Heswall Dominoes on Wednesday night. We had a fault when ordering online and when expressing that over the phone were met with ?I don?t believe that for a second?. When given to a second member of staff he responded with ?I don?t know what you want me to do about that?. Needless to say we were very disappointed and shocked with the service we received and will not be ordering again from this branch.

Ordered pizza, got a call off them to say they could not find our house!! Been here 2 years never been a problem before with Domino's drivers. The delivery driver Lucy pulls up at our house 40 mins later, I go to the front door and she is driving off!! I call Domino's again and they said they will call her. She comes back, pizza is stone cold. Luckily I put the oven on as I just knew it would be cold. Called Dominos to let them know. They could not care less. Not good service at all.

Paid £20.49 for pizza, 1.25l fanta and a side order. pizza + side turned up without the fanta. I told the driver I was missing the drink. He said he'd go back and get the fanta I ordered. Around 30 mins later he came back with a 500ml bottle. I told him "I'm sorry but I ordered a 1.25l bottle and you've came back with a 500ml...this isn't what I ordered"Then the driver had the audacity to say: "oh you said you didn't get a bottle. I can't get you the bigger one, the store is closed, bye".You didn't deliver the drink - then when you came back, you STILL didn't deliver the right drink and tried to blame me!!Why not check the order before you set off? Clearly that didn't happen. Twice in a row! Never again.

I've never known any business of any kind the messes up as often as this one. On this occasion my honey and mustard dip was missing, my pizza base was just white and uncooked and the food was only luke warm probably due to the fact that the moronic driver (according to the tracking app) went about 5 miles in the wrong direction which meant it took forever to get here. This is actually a good day for them because it gets a lot worse believe me.
