Ordered food at 4.30pm and still waiting at 6.30pm phoned them at 5.30 to be told the driver is on the way. Called back at 5.45 as it should not take 15 mins to drive 2 miles to be told I had not ordered, I gave them my order number and was told it?s my fault they didn?t have my order because I ordered on there web site. The food finally turned up and missing items called up again only to be told it?s not there problem and no offer of refund or any sort of compensation will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a double chicken burger and chips, was told that it would be 45 minutes delivery, 55 minutes later they turned up, but when I bite into it, it was a hamburger, had to wait for them to resend the correct order, and then they wanted the old one back, which was fine, it was only going into the bin, they need someone who understands English on the phone.

Orders a 9in BBQ Chicken with Stuffed Crust at £9.50 and a chocolate calzone for another £4.50 Total spend £15.50I actually got a Standard Chicken Pizza with hardly no tomato base sauce and no stuff crust and a cold calzoneTastless and will not be ordering again.

So we out an order in for 1 12 inch calzone and 1 12 inch hawaiian pizza. The notes said for the calnzone to be GARLIC based.. it was put in caps... and the pizza added EXTRA mushrooms, as she already added the mushrooms and paying £1.50 got mushrooms, she actually put " I will pay extra for "drowning" mushrooms on the pizza.... NOT calzone.. PIZZA!! It came, there was MUSHROOMS on the calzone and BARELY any on the pizza?!?!?!?!
