Decided to get some shopping from tesco, we shop here most nights and spend alot of money in the store. Walked in the store just leaving 5 past 3 on Sunday and approached the kiosk to change scratch cards which was my shopping money to be told the cards had been counted and she couldn't serve me! There was 55 minutes left to the store closing and I had driven all the way from ashton, absolutely appalling service. Having worked in retail myself for over 25 years and used lottery machines and counted scratch cards this does not need to be done until at least 10 minutes before closing and even then service should not be refused. I won't be shopping here anymore.

Had a cupon for tesco that they didn?t want to accept. Asked for the manager she came and didn?t resolve shit. She didn?t even speak to me just said smth in cashier?s ear and left. Such horrible costumer service I haven?t had in my whole life. Ruined my whole day.

I often shop here, but for the second Tuesday running there have been numerous staff on the lottery/cigarette counter, numerous staff patrolling the self-sevice tills, but only two checkout staff on the other tills, resulting in long queues and a long wait at the checkout. Please address this matter to avoid having many more disgruntled customers.

Not impressed.
Shelves half empty staff seemed put out and dis interested when asking for help.
Manager saw this and walked away without helping me and challenging the rude staff member.
