My dad has just been to the petrol station to get some diesel for his heater. His eyesight isn?t very good so he couldn?t see which button to press on the screen so he went inside to try and get some help and the two women behind the till would not help and there was no one in the forecourt to help him your staff needs proper training. He got home completely upset. And he feels very hopeless now.

Make sure you get fuel before 6pm because the petrol station seems to shut when it wants. Even as early as 7:55pm even though its supposed to be open til 10pm. Makes up its own opening hours and can't even use pay at pump facility when they close early

The Blond haired lady who works here is probably the laziest, most arrogant member of staff I have ever incountered in any shop in my life. Fuel is priced higher than the local premium fuel garages and you definitely don't get service with a smile I'd sooner run out of fuel than use this garage again!

A lovely woman called Alison helped me earlier as my son had coop cough and really needed ibuprofen, as I had no card to pay, Alison went to enquire how I could go about getting it as it was an emergency and then she paid for my sons ibuprofen, she also said I didn?t need to pay it back. She is a credit to Tesco and to our community.
Thank you Alison and I will be in tomorrow to give you some chocolates ?
