Hisense TV failed, in fairness had for two years, backlight has failed so returned to store etc and was told I need to call concierge at 12pm to organise an Engineer?s visit.
I don?t think I have ever returned anything to Costco in over 15 plus years of being a member.
Thanks for the inconvenience. Will be buying future goods of this nature from John Lewis as at least their 5 year garuantee is genuine and won?t have me making two trips and having to organise a so called Engineer's visit.

Great place to go to. Really reasonable prices and the staff there are always friendly, especially on the checkouts. To make a visit less painful though I would avoid going on a Saturday and NEVER use the café as they never have enough staff, the queues are always huge and it always takes ages to get served.

Like all costco stores a great place to go shopping for daily needs to electronics that you may need to seasonal products for Xmas or Halloween.

Members only warehouse with a very large range of goods. These include food and drink, clothing for adults and children, electrical goods, jewellery and cleaning products.The quality of the goods is excellent, with no quibble problems on returns. Prices are not cheap, but still competitive with energy price increase affects, especially when considering the quality. All electricals have a 5 year guarantee. Look out for special offers when in house, as bargains to be had sometimes.The cafe is also good value offering various items, which are ordered and paid for via screens.
