Hisense TV failed, in fairness had for two years, backlight has failed so returned to store etc and was told I need to call concierge at 12pm to organise an Engineer’s visit. I don’t think I have ever returned anything to Costco in over 15 plus years of being a member. Thanks for the inconvenience. Will be buying... read full comment

Great place to go to. Really reasonable prices and the staff there are always friendly, especially on the checkouts. To make a visit less painful though I would avoid going on a Saturday and NEVER use the café as they never have enough staff, the queues are always huge and it always takes ages to get served.
