Yesterday I went in to buy lavender neck warmer , as soon as I walked through the door I was asked can I help you , which is great customer service , but then the whole time being in the shop it felt like I was followed like I was going to rob them , calling another person on the headset to come and assit her ! I also had my little girl with me .. they made us feel so uncomfortable , I had a large shopping bag with me from shopping next door from new life , which I can understand that can look totally suspicious, but I work in pharmacy and you do not judge a person until there is reason to ....totally unprofessional.

Wasn't sure of what specific products I wanted. Staff members here are always helpful however Lewis was absolutely fab. He provided lots of useful advice and then showed us where we could find everything. Outstanding customer service.

Friendly staff and a great assortment of perfumes, face cream, make-up, hair products and also hay-fever tablets. My main reason for visiting was to buy my face cream which had run out.
