They overcharge at this post office regularly the lady i dealt with didnt weigh two large envelopes that would fit through large envelope slot she charged me for parcel rate instead. I send these regularly so know the bromborough branch
Is much bettet staff they always charge me the right amounts

My wife and I had our passports renewed digitally at Moreton Post Office today and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Pamela was so helpful and her friendly and confident attitude made the whole process so easy from my point of view. Pamela explained how the process would work, what and when to expect and explained what could go wrong which was why we decided on the digital check and application in the first place. So much easier than trying to trawl through the technical details ourselves and does away with the hit and miss chance of the photograph not being accepted. I would recommend this method to everyone.

I wanted to collect my parcel from DPD that was left at this post office and they asked me for my ID and utility bill in PRINTED form. They couldn?t accept it on my phone and I struggled to collect the parcel. I spoke with DPD afterwards to complain and they said that online form is also acceptable (screenshot attached). Ridiculous waste of time, needed to go back there twice with a sprained ankle.
