Can't thank Lorna enough for fitting my son in today. As we are awaiting to be seen at the hospital opthalmology department but waiting list is back from August, Lorna kindly fitted us in today to help us as much as she could. Exceptional service and such a lovely person. Will definitely be going back for myself now too as it was customer service done perfectly.
