Went today to get a new car key and new house keys. Dave was extremely helpful, despite being rushed off his feet, was always willing to help, very polite and social. Great service from Dave, would very much recommend!

I always get my car key batteries replaced at Timpsons and I have the lifetime offer on them. Saves you a lot of money if you keep your cars for a while.
One that I had a lifetime replacement one wasn?t working and didn?t work when the battery was replaced. Instead of giving up, the guy (Jordon) got some tools out and started to play around with the key itself and got it working.
We have our keys cut thereto and Jordon is usually the guy that?s serving.
He?s always courteous, helpful and did go the extra mile to fix my key. So instead of forking out for a new key, which would have cost a lot of money, I have it working again, under warranty, so it cost me no extra money.
A very happy customer.

Joe was extremely helpful yesterday. He went the extra mile to find a matching red key cover for me. He was also friendly and cheerful. 5-star customer service.

The key was not working on my front door went back 3 times and got the key recut and they was givingme cheaper keys to try, went back the forth time and told them the cheap key worked, he told me it's the security lock I have only take certain keys, I ask for the price difference of the keys back and he refused

Joe Mc does a great job. Really helpful and professional with the customers and great at multi-tasking when the shop got busy. He was very kind to help me out and fix my glasses for me, even though I don?t think that?s a service they usually provide. Thanks Joe!
