Absolutely first class service. Went in to get my glasses fixed and the young gentleman who served me, and whoever fixed them, couldn't do more to help. Genuinely amazing service.

I sat on my glasses and needed new ones. I popped into my local Specsavers and they fitted me out for two pair at the cost of only one! The service was indefatigable and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Apart from being half the cost of my previous glass's supplier, I am more than happy with the value and service I received. I'll be back.

Tried Specsavers for the first time, after being dissatisfied with glasses from a nearby competitor. Excellent customer service and a wider choice of frames. Even swapped out the end pieces for black ones (free) as I didn't like the colour. Very happy with my new glasses (x 3 pairs) and will probably buy a fourth.

Terrible service and rude staff. If I could I would give it no stars. The staff admitted their fault in the wrong glasses but wanted to charge the extra which was their mistake no apology off the manager and quite rude in their dealings with us. They were happy to give the refund rather than solve the issue to get rid of my husband. Extremely disappointed at the poor attitude and customer service as I have been customer for over 30 years and my husband over 10. I will not be using specsavers Formby again and neither will my family. Avoid !

Went for my eye test and had an excellent experience. Everyone was kind and welcoming, I did not have to wait long at all, and the optometrist explained everything to me in detail. Would recommend.

I had a problem with a loose screw on my glasses, and visited the Formby store. The problem was quickly resolved with the fitting of a new replacement screw. The young lady who dealt with me was very efficient & friendly. I find the service in Formby is always very good, keep up the good work!
