The office is only open 8am to 10am making it very hard to pick up missed delivery items which they then send back to sender. May not be staff fault but management need their heads shaking.

Cant believe this sorting office is only open for two hours a day 8am until 10am.I struggle to get there before it closes and ends up with my parcels being returned to sender.God knows what doctors and nurses do when on 13 hour shifts or people who are in work 5 days a week.I know you can book a redelivery but surely it wouldn't be too costly to have someone in the office until 4pm like they do in the USA.More parcels would then be collected or classed as delivered and less work for royal mail employees

Just stood chatting in the other room an hour into opening, left phone ringing until eventually coming through to serve While on the phone, no receipt given either, honestly just rude

Ordered on line never received items was eventually told by seller that parcel force had tried to deliver and had put a card through my door this didn?t happen no card was put through so for weeks never knew why I hadn?t received it opening hours are poor 8 till 10 am will have to go in morning hopefully it?s still there not impressed with this delivery service at all

Terrible service!Delivery not made. Said I was out when I know I?d stayed in especially for the delivery. Their excuse was it was made before 8am and didn?t ring the bell. No card left ?because of Covid? - the go to excuse of 2022. Had a strange email saying the parcel could be redelivered in 5 days time at a cost of £1.20. They wanted my card details also my bank details (acc no, sort code etc). Surprised they didn?t want my shoe size as well. Didn?t want to give them that much info so went online to find a phone number and opening times - 8am > 10am. But closed Fri, Sun and Monday. Finally tried to call them but the number listed on Google is incorrect. Tried another number from an old delivery card and it rang out for 2 minutes, someone picked up and hung up immediately. Phoned back and it rang for several minutes before the line went dead and I was told the number was temporarily out of order.Rubbish service from people who seem to have a napoleon complex

0 stars if I could but guess I'm being kind. Terrible service. . Was told it would be delivered between 9am - 12pm arrived at 2pm after I had to leave. Went into the delivery office, employees are rude and obnoxious wouldn't give my item to me. they said they'd redeliver I told them I needed the item by 3pm they said they can do that again didn't show so now I'm without my item which I needed by today, that I payed for because of their incompetence and lack of time keeping skills. Opening hours are awful 8am-10am doesn't give people much of a chance to collect items especially when people have work 5days a week. This Formby office is beyond terrible.

As long as u take ID when picking up your parcel, there will not be a problem!.....no ID no parcel!. The staff are only doing there job properly......just remember that!!
