Not impressed by the attitude of the young man with the long hair who works here. Asking a question was like it was a hassle, unhelpful! and when asking them to fill in my Evri receipt (which I?ve never done before) shrugged their shoulders and said don?t need to it?s on barcode. Pointed out I?ve never used the service before, expecting a spark of some politeness but no, no thanks no nothing, just a shrugg and dirty look, which was enough to make me actually do this review, I?ll avoid this shop in future as it?s not the first time I?ve been met with that kind of attitude/lack of manners

Went in there this evening and was waiting over 5 minutes to be seen which would normally be fine in busy times but I was the only person in the shop and a member of staff was looking right at me then walked away to get a other member of staff feel like it not very warm welcome

Ignore previous reviews it?s a shop priced the same all over the UK. Yes I?ve gone in at times and certain things haven?t been in there which may be annoying but that?s due to others buying it before I can. The staff work hard and are friendly. Never let me down when I order for my B&B. These negative reviews are just pathetic put yourself in their shoes..weirdos. Great shop and staff!

honestly this shop constantly messing up uber orders then last order 3 things two of the same thing yet failed to get them an told me ? just claim a refund ? well matey since you?ve ballsed up so many times uber won?t refund me from your store!!!!!

Used to go here daily sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Used to post parcels. Now staff super unhelpful. Very unfriendly. Parcels left in doorway. Poorly stacked up in space for parcels then they moan there's not enough space. Now limit of 2 parcels per day I was told. Once they let me take 6. Used to take loads. Never an issue so friendly. Till new staff. Also place untidy. Prices high. Just a terrible shop

I visited this store to buy newspapers and avail myself of the "Hermes" parcel service.Requested help with the scanner. This was refused and I was told it was self service.Asked to speak to the manager.She made excuses for the idle slob masquerading as a shop assistant.The manager did not know how to use the scanner, blaming my phone.Went elsewhere, I.e. Ash St' Southport where they were quite happy to scan the item.

Wanted to take advantage of an advertised offer of MyBlu Vape Starter Pack as 50% off advertised price was offerred on a large card above the till at checkout. Only to be told when I came to pay that the offer expired at end of January (six weeks ago?!) and so I couldn't have the offer. Manager also said no we don't have to sell it for that.... I have worked in Retail for over 30years and my understanding of the law is an advertised price must be honored - but obviously rules and integrity don't apply in this shop BEST AVOIDED #tradingstandards #formbybubble #liverpoolecho #tesco #onestop

The staff at this shop seem to have a terrible attitude. A couple of times I?ve been in and they have been extremely rude, dismissive and sarcastic.

Staff always polite, good opening hours. Small car park gets full easily.
