I cannot emphasise enough just how professional this branch have been. From the very start at arranging viewings, to regular call backs to check up on my position, and then once we had secured a property, both Tia and Josh were fully onboard with helping negotiate with the landlord, quickly and efficiently, relaying instructions clearly. Once all agreed they were both super pro-active in getting the documents all sorted, signed, and sent to where they had to go. All this and still calling on a daily basis to keep me up to date with what was happening. I can?t stress enough this outfit were super professional, friendly, and nothing was ever a hassle to them. I would 110 % recommend these two - absolute joy to do business with them.

After purchasing our new home in Hightown via the Formby Office, we just want to thank Rachel and Gabrielle for all their help. Rachel was our main point of call and she kept us informed throughout the process, with Gabrielle stepping in when Rach was out of the office. The (A) Team at Entwistle Green Formby, Nicola, Rachel, Samantha, Gabby, all worked extremely hard in selling my late Mother's house. This was not an easy sell and took longer than we all anticipated. Filtering through the usual tyre-kickers and fantasists, they identified a real buyer, closing the transaction swiftly and professionally. Thank-you for a job well done.

I Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Josh and the team in the Formby branch. I had been quite stressed looking for a home to rent. I had met Josh a couple of weeks before and he had been very helpful. I received details of a property that seemed perfect and Josh organised for me to see it on the day I went into see him about it. Josh was so helpful and he and James, who was the manager at the time, did their best to facilitate the process and I was able to move in10 days after viewing. On the day of the move I met Josh at the property to check in and collect the keys Josh actually helped me to take some precious heavy stuff out of my car. It all made the move much less stressful than it could have been

From the first viewing to signing the contract, everything was smooth and stress-free. All my questions were answered quickly and clearly, and made sure I understood every step. Our move back to Formby was a roller-coaster ride, and extremely frustrating at times. Having said that, the issues were with our buyers in Kent and then with the people two links up the chain from us, and Gabby and Nicola at Entwistle Green did everything they could to keep things on track.
