Really enjoyed my time today in Dapa. Tried out the matcha latte and the kids had milkshakes. It wasn?t too busy, so made for a good, relaxing experience

Till staff was on phone and stood there while she finished texting then she jumped realising I was there. Had a chicken ceasar wrap and one side was rock hard, sale and the other side was mushy, the chicken was hard, the one slice of lettuce was mushy, could barely taste the gooey translucent sauce (obviously been out for a while) barely any fillings. Came with 8 crisps and a tiny bit of rocket with no dressing, straight out the bag.

very nice atmosphere and nice outside seating area, but shocking customer service, very rude male serving us, ham was plastic and mustard was cheap and gritty, Chicken Bacon and pesto panini was very nice, however, but overall is massively overpriced and poor quality with awful customer service. Would not recommend.

We found that the drinks at Dapa were decent, but the atmosphere and service was lacking. I didn't find it obvious where to order - table, till, coffee machine? And after standing looking confused and trying to catch the eye of the member of staff, I asked if I was in the right place to order. 'I'm just very busy' the member of staff replied. We had our pick of most tables, so they weren't overly busy, but the service did pick up a bit when 2 more members of staff arrived to help out. They seemed fairly frustrated with each other as a team. Once the drinks orders had been caught up on, things were a bit better. But overall, as somebody who clearly had her hands full, I didn't find the staff helpful or particularly warm.

Dapa has had a revamp and it is looking fabulous! Clearly under new management and with consistent regular faces, it?s great to see. The new sandwiches are brilliant too - glad to see it getting back on its feet!

Waited over half an hour for worst food ever wouldn't give it the dog. Place looks dirty and staff don't give a toss. Avoid if you know what's good for you

Very unhappy with the service I received. I visited here on Sunday with a group of cycling friends.We all ordered food and beverages separately and paid via card reader but no customer receipts were issued. When my food failed to arrive, I returned to the till to be told my transaction had not gone through and they had no record of it and would I like to order again. Considering everyone else had finished their food and were ready to leave I declined but was puzzled the failed transaction wasn?t mentioned at the time of payment. I checked my bank account and it wasn?t showing at the time but have now discovered the payment for £10.35 is now showing on my bank transactions. I have tried to call for a refund but it goes straight through to voicemail. Please beware and always ask for a copy of your receipt when paying.

Very slow service...we ordered and paid then waited 20 minutes for coffee which arrived minus the hot milk. We have been here several times over the last few months but the service is always slow and frequently get different coffee to that ordered. The cakes are nice but this does not make up for very slow service.

We waited over 20 minutes for coffee and cake. When it eventually came, 2 drinks were missing which meant a further wait. Then one coffee came with no milk, sugar or spoon, which I had to ask for again - another trip back and forth.
Service time and accuracy was atrocious. Coke was flat.
