We'd always gone to the nearby Cafe Nero, but after an unsatisfactory experience, we gave Costa a try. Much nicer feel, very clean and welcoming, with pleasant and helpful staff. It's Costa every time from now on.

Coffee was pretty good and had good latte art. The flat whites are ridiculously big and very expensive, but that's no fault of this specific Costa. The seating area at the back is incredibly dark though and not in a cosy way, very uninviting.

hot chocolate was only Luke warm as was the latte also store was dark and seemed bit grotty bits of food and crumbs all under our table windows were filthy basic table and chairs needs doing up won?t be returning plenty of nicer cafes

Tables clean. Service from young female this morning poor. I had 9 beans on my app and bought two hot drinks.She charged me for two. I explained that I had a free drink. She said she would get my receipt and "explain " it to me. The explanation was You've bought 11 drinks so now you get a free one.

Came for a simple Americano which was luke warm and somehow bitter so hiw you can burn the coffee and serve cool is beyond me. Anyway was dropping my daughter off as her Brownie unit was singing here as as I'm stood waiting a very rude and confrontational large man starts having a go at me about moving things round and the store being closed and banning us from entering. ( i had not touched a thing) Luckily before I told him what I thought one of the brownie leaders stepped in and had words but he was so rude and unreasonable with both of us just because the girls wanted to hang their coats on a chair Never seen customer service this bad.

Shop assistants always cheerful and the service is always very good. The coffee is great and the assorted food to compliment the drinks, good.

I ordered the Black forest and cream hot chocolate drink with a white chocolate trillionaires slice. If you want a total sugar rush, then these two are perfect!
At over £7 for a hot chocolate and a small cake, this isn't cheap, considering the seating and decor of the place.
It's hard to rate the atmosphere in a small cafe within a supermarket.
Parking is obviously no problem as it is within a superstore.
