Excellent for cards and super cheap but I used to be able to get beautiful cards from here with fantastic verses in but for the last few years most cards have had fairly plain verses in. Thats no good for my mothers birthday card!!!
Often I have had to take the trip to their branch in Central retail park up in southport by the range or asda as they are much bigger store with a bigger selection of everything and they are open until 7pm which suits me better and has plenty of parking.
Saying that the staff and management of the formby branch are really nice and very helpful and I like to support them in formbys dwindling village

Don?t go. The staff can?t tie knots in helium balloons. Blew away within an hour of purchase so went back in and they wouldn?t offer a discount or replacement and started speeling off a load of terms and conditions . A message to the manager: Get a life love ?

I tried to find something for my friend?s birthday. I had been to many shops but couldn?t find anything what would catch my attention. To my surprise, the three ladies working here not only sorted my presents, the ladies at the till even packed and arranged them for me! I was leaving this shop feeling very satisfied. Thank you guys. Service is often slow and unfriendly. On our most recent visit, my wife left feeling uncomfortable at the sniggering of the staff there, as she felt (rightly or not) that it was directed at her for some reason. Very unprofessional and immature. Going downhill rapidly.
